ITV ICE QUEEN IQ 50C makes fine Diamond ice with integrated storage, for recipes calling for a mass of small pieces rather than large cubes.
What ice does it make?
Diamond is a granular format whose small pieces fit around ingredients and fill the glass shape. Choose it for cocktails specified for fine ice. Other IQ models produce different granular consistencies; this exact model defines the choice.
Where this model is useful
It suits a cocktail bar, café or restaurant drinks station needing this format directly at the point of preparation. The machine produces it without a separate cube-crushing step.
Series features and practical benefits
Axial production. An auger collects ice from the evaporator; this model uses surface-treated stainless steel.
Evaporator without gaskets or seals. This construction feature does not remove cleaning and maintenance requirements.
Front ventilation and access. SFVS supports undercounter layouts; EASI panels are separately removable and cleaning mode helps with descaling.
Choosing the configuration
The C model includes its own bin. Size demand by the quantity of fine ice used in recipes and peak service. Select filtration by daily output; hard water requires earlier cartridge replacement and attention to descaling.
Exact output, dimensions and other parameters remain in the Specification tab; select the ordered version in this product’s configuration choices. See the ice-maker guide for formats and demand planning.
