Hinged cold room door 1000×2000 mm – down to 0 °C

Designed for positive-temperature cold rooms and other professional refrigerated spaces operating down to 0 °C. 1000×2000 mm is the clear opening remaining after installation. It is not the prepared structural opening size.

Construction

• 68 mm door leaf;
• injected polyurethane insulation, density 43 kg/m³;
• standard surface: 0.5 mm painted steel sheet with polyester coating, white RAL 9010;
• optional stainless-steel surface;
• plastic frame, thermo-welded at 45°;
• plastic fittings;
• sealing gasket;
• lock with emergency opening from inside the cold room;
• adjustable hinges with a lifting function while opening.

How to choose the options

1. Frame installation location

Sandwich-panel wall (frame B) – for installation in an insulated sandwich panel. The actual wall thickness must be specified. This 0 °C construction is intended for 60–80 mm panels. According to the B-frame drawing, the prepared opening is larger than the clear opening: W + 100 mm and H + 50 mm.

Masonry / concrete wall (frame E) – for installation at a masonry or concrete opening. According to the E-frame drawing, the wall opening corresponds to the W×H clear-opening dimensions.

2. Wall type / thickness

For a sandwich-panel wall choose the actual panel thickness – 60 or 80 mm for this construction. For masonry / concrete choose “Not applicable – masonry / concrete wall”.

3. Door surface

The base price includes white painted steel RAL 9010. Stainless steel is available as a surcharge option.

4. Handing

Handing is determined while facing the door from outside the cold room: hinges on the left = left-hand door, hinges on the right = right-hand door. Handing does not change the price.

Selection guide

1. Select the required clear opening, not the structural opening.
2. Determine whether the door will be installed in a sandwich panel or masonry / concrete wall.
3. For sandwich panels verify the actual thickness – 60–80 mm for this construction.
4. Select the surface according to hygiene and operating requirements.
5. Determine handing from outside the cold room.

Important: before preparing the opening, verify the final installation dimensions against the technical drawing for the selected frame.
